At STILFOLD I spearheaded design and product strategy for our experimental, tool-free "industrial-origami" sheet-metal folding process. Projects spanned transport, rail, infrastructure, defence, and luxury. I co-defined KPIs with clients and turned R&D experiments into clear briefs, prototypes, and pilot builds. Day to day I bridged design, engineering, suppliers, and sales, prioritizing the roadmap and fine-tuning the fabrication process. I drove DFM/DFA for folded parts (tolerances, folding sequences, jigs and fixtures, and assembly) so concepts met cost, safety, and durability targets. The focus was simple: pick the right bets, move fast with evidence, and ship cleaner, lighter, stiffer, more efficient folded solutions.
