I'm a generalist who is specialized in solving complex hardware problems by integrating design, engineering, and manufacturing.
Most recently, I led design and product strategy at STILFOLD, turning our experimental “industrial-origami” sheet-metal process into real programs across transport, rail, infrastructure, defence, and luxury. Before that, I ran end-to-end programs at Husqvarna Construction, aligning R&D, suppliers, and management to ship rugged, serviceable tools. Earlier, I helped Cookie to scale from a small operation in, Brisbane Australia, into a skydiving market leader worldwide.
I set clear KPIs, coach designers, manage stakeholders' expectations, and drive DFM/DFA, cost, and sustainability decisions to deliver durable outcomes at portfolio scale.
